Service : 8/10. GOOD. attentive, observant, friendly, very polite. like the staff attending the dessert counter, while serving our ice-cream she approach us with small chats and all, recommended the different toppings to go with the dessert. and they change cutlery very promptly and often. you knw how disgusting it is to eat buffet from begin till end with the same pair of cutlery! there's a few Shatec peeps working there!
TIP : Focus on your fave and not try to eat everything, you will end up not being able to accomplish anything. I only managed to touch on Italian, Grilled items, dessert and appetizers. its like only 30%-50% of the whole buffet line. and also, keep your stomach empty from morning to eat the best of everything! ITS A MUST TRY! save up for it, trust me, its gonna be very satisfying.
Additional (only DTMers will knw what im talking abt!) : Shangri-La hotel isn't that bad without the impression of ... YVONNE. hahahaha.
for food lovers who're going for quantity & quality food. its really worthwhile i promise.
didn't managed to snap alot of the food(i missed the indian, chinese, noodles, pasta, pizza and japanese section), but enjoy those that i managed to capture alright!

rack of beef!!!!! my fave. i had like 2 servings of that. all worthwhile. taste alot like Lawry's steak which is like $56 at each serving.

eunice had her wine.. hmm, i forgot whats the name of the wine she ordered. but it was pretty smooth, easy to drink~ per glass is ard $19.
i had peach garden tea. very fruity! yummy after a heavy meal, helpes digestion really well :) $12 per pot
and Yixian had Singapore Sling.. not sure, ard $15?
comparing 2 hotel Lounges i've went. Pan Pac's and Shangri-La's, i personally prefer Shangri-la's lounge for its spacious seatings. even if there are smokers ard, you can bearly smell anything seriously. cos its a really big area.. more relax.. and whats more, they have this really good jazz singer accompanied by a panist & bassist.
